- If you’re unhappy with your purchase, please let us know. Unless faulty, we’d like this to be within 14 days of purchase
- If you return your item to us and you’d like a refund, we’ll refund the original debit, credit or charge card used to purchase
- It’s important that any unwanted item, unless faulty, is returned in a re-saleable condition. We’d expect this to mean that you’ve kept all original packaging and labels, and that it’s undamaged and unused
- We will not refund any delivery charges you’ve paid unless the item(s) is faulty or if part of an order is returned – except for the supplementary costs arising if you choose a type of delivery other than our standard and least expensive method of delivery.
We will take all reasonable care to ensure that all details, descriptions and prices of Products appearing on the Website are correct at the time when the relevant information was entered onto the system. Although we aim to keep the Website as up to date as possible, the information including Product Descriptions appearing on this Website at a particular time may not always reflect the position exactly at the moment you place an order. We cannot confirm the price of a Product until your order is accepted.
Orders, cancelling and returning products
We will take all reasonable care, in so far as it is in our power to do so, to keep the details of your order and payment secure, but in the absence of negligence on our part we cannot be held liable for any loss you may suffer if a third party procures unauthorised access to any data you provide when accessing or ordering from the website.
Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013
This legislation offers you the following cancellation rights when you buy online or by phone:
- You are entitled to cancel your contract if you so wish, provided that you exercise your right no longer than 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods or services
- Your right to return products does not apply to goods made to your specification, that have been clearly personalised or which by reason of their nature cannot be returned or are liable to deteriorate or expire rapidly.
- If you wish to exercise your right of cancellation, you are obliged to retain possession of the goods and take reasonable care of them
- To exercise the right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision to cancel your contract by a clear statement, including details of your name, geographical address, details of the order you wish to cancel and, where available, your phone number and email address
- You can cancel by email: email@example.com, or call +44 (0)7540 960 722, or write to: St Joseph Press, 6 Lindsey Court, Horncastle, Lincolnshire, LN9 5HP
- If you decide to cancel, you should return the goods to us at your cost within 14 days of such cancellation and we will reimburse to you (by the method used to pay for the original transaction) the amount in relation to goods to which cancellation rights apply.
- We may make a deduction from the reimbursement for loss in value of any goods supplied, if the loss is the result of unnecessary handling by you. We will make the reimbursement no later than 14 days after the day we receive back from you any goods supplied.
Products we’re unable to cancel, refund or exchange
We can’t offer refunds or exchanges, unless faulty or not as described, on the following items:
- products which have been personalised for you, such as stationery or gifts
- made to order products
This does not affect your statutory rights.
For damaged products, incomplete orders or despatched orders that don’t arrive within the expected time period, please email our us, or call us on +44 (0)7540 960 722, Monday – Friday, 0830 – 1630.
Payment is to be made in GBP or may be offered in an alternative local currency applicable to the country where the order is being shipped. International credit card providers or banks will determine the exchange rate; if payment is made in a currency not issued as standard by the bank, they may add an additional processing or administration charge which the cardholder will be liable to pay.
All Product prices shown on the Website are inclusive of any applicable UK VAT. This means that the total price you pay for the Product is always the same, regardless of whether or not UK VAT is chargeable on our sale of the Product.
Where you have requested delivery to a UK or EU address, the price paid for the Product will include UK VAT where applicable.
Where you are not a UK resident and you have requested delivery to a non-EU address, the Products will normally be zero-rated and not subject to UK VAT, and the price paid by you for the Products will remain the same as shown on the Website.
Products delivered to destinations outside the EU may be subject to taxes, fees, customs duty, levies or other charges as a result of local legislation or customs formalities. The recipient of the order is responsible for all customs formalities for the import of the Products, and will be required to pay any additional charges for international delivery, including import duty, formal customs entry, taxes, levies and other charges that may be levied outside the EU. The recipient of the goods, not the person placing the order, will receive a separate request for payment of these charges. If you’re ordering Products to be delivered to someone else, please ensure they’re aware that they’ll be responsible for these additional charges.
Unfortunately St Joseph Press has no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be, so we are unable to offer any assistance on these processes. We advise that you check any customs formalities and the import charges applicable in any non-EU country before ordering Products to be delivered there.
You (or the recipient of the Products if different) will be the Importer for all international deliveries of the Products. Therefore, before placing an order, it’s your responsibility to check that any Products ordered comply with country, state and/or federal government import regulations, and that there are no local requirements or restrictions which may affect receipt of your order.
The discount voucher are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash.
Only one discount voucher may be used per order.
Terms and conditions regarding voucher validity are contained on each discount voucher.
The discount voucher can only be used on the card price and cannot be used for postage costs
St Joseph Press reserves the right to amend the terms and conditions of discount vouchers or online offers at any time, withdraw the discount voucher code and to take appropriate action, including the cancellation of the voucher, if, in its discretion, it deems such action necessary. This does not affect your statutory rights.
